Cannot Connect

So I have tried both the Eflyff client and Smurf client but when i try to log in, all it does is wait a few seconds, then it says cannot connect, sometimes, it will say I have been disconnected right after i click login. I have tried deleting wd arena, wd madrigal, sFX before patching, but so far, still haven't been able to connect. I know there was a wipeout, but even before the wipe out, i still couldn't connect. If there is a way, please tell me. Thanks for your time!
