ya for non Donor u can use full Sta and use Reflect or full int for Damage
if u were a donor u would be Full Hp%andSTA

Isnt INT better than STA? I will Donate soon for Elementor but i have to know the base stats. I currently have 15k INT but my EVA Storm does only 300k to an enemy.

Well it depends really if u wanna do mass of dmg go inc attack and inc pvp but if u like other wise go inc hp Build

My ele is full INT. She kinda sucks. So yeah, I would totally donate then go full HP/Sta.
