Wierd Server Issue, Please Help!

Hello, I am having an issue with the 'Blade' quest you recieve at level 60. I can't complete the quest due to it not letting me accept or complete any other portion of the quests. :/ I just turned the part in to the guy at the Blade Altar in D3 and I have a Mark of Hero in my inventory however he never gave me the quest to kill the Guardian and I have tried to just do it without the quest (thought maybe was just a small bug) and it did nothing. Please could somebody help me out here?

Oh and by the way I am in Vanity and my In-Game Name is: "Crunkk"

3 Click on npc what job your
4 start qest
5 end qest
6 dont go more click on npc start qest and end qest ^^,
