I am beginner and just downloaded the game. The answer is Simple. Fix the Download Section and thats all. Why even need to download all 12 parts? Just merge them together so that those people who wants to play wont be having any problem on downloading. Remember More players = More Donations. I still couldnt play this game because theres too much work to do and confusing.

I THINK THE PLAYERS WILL DONATE MORE IF THESE ARE PUT IN THE ITEM MALL BECAUSE IT WILL BE EASIER FOR THEM TO GET GOOD ITEMS WITH CHEAPER PRICES BUT YOU SIR RAKII WILL NOT LOSE MUCH MONEY

Ive had 2 server of my own, and was a GM on Extreme FlyFF and Sodemy FlyFF. A major part in any private server is getting to see and talk to someone you cant normally talk to on the regular FlyFF. A GM. Now I know, you might not want 10 GM's running around, lagging the server. You should consider hiring normal players with an advanced knowledge of FlyFF. These people wont nessicarily have GM powers, but they can talk to the players and answer questions.
I have noticed a lot of players asking Andriod for help but he couldn't respind, due to the flood of questions. I think 1 or 2 P2P (Player 2 Player) supporters. This will show that the server is more active with its community, and I think, would help to bring in more donations. So yeah, good luck! you have a super nice server working here! <(*.*)>

So, please Rakii take some time and read it whole, I spend some time to write some solutions.

The only thing I can wish for now is good luck for the server, and for some people who really want to give the server its last heartbeats, just spread the love and advertise for this server.

Sooo, first of all I'm not well experienced how the community is going overall in this one but for once, the forum has to be the core point of updates and it has to get lively somehow in the near future.
I've seen a lot of server admins who only ran servers but no back-up information source, like a forum or blog... that's how people lost the attention to the server and months later the server got shut down.
Therefore, it's recommended to recruit a Forum Moderator and a Forum Developer.
As for the role as the Forum Moderator:
They are going to warn people about useless spam so that the community have to deal with more kindness against the rules and will take their time to look into future topics, this means increased attention to the Forum.
It's also not like the forum is not an important place to be, but the second most important thing beside the running server.
Forum Developers are responsible for the whole in-sight of the forum mechanics.
As I can see, that this forum is running on a standard BB forum template, so that maybe the F-Dev. will costumize it so that costumizing the whole forum will give a fresh feel to newly arrived people who want to try out the server.
And I bet with you that people who want to try it out, will have to look into the forum for further informations about the server, therefore it's undeniable to have a eye catching design and a very user friendly template.
Around the whole Forum thing, I guess everything I said are "basics" to run a clean and important Forum.

Yes, it's the only template people can use to perform an application as a Developer, furthergoing it's not compatible for others like Forum Mod or Chat Mod and more.
I suggest to wipe out all current application and take all applications for the future seriously.
Also, please have a application period, where people are able to write an application as a staff member for a limited time (approx 1-2 weeks, until you found the right one you want to hire).

you can see people taking the job serious on how they fill in their personal informations and hobbies of interests.
But, please don't only rely on applications inside of the forum, you may want to search for (especialy!!!) Developers around the internet.
There are a bunch of people who wants to get hired to help you out for free, but most of them may tend to ruin the whole SQL database.

Spread healing words, spread good moods and people are willed to tell their friends about the server = increased community = increased income.

I guess I'll continue with the results of running a clean forum first.
As you might want to see the forum as the core point of the whole informationbase, it's all like marketing.
You want your customers to be satisfied with what you deliver them, right?
The people are all good with the server and the content is outstanding compared to most FlyFF-PServers, high rates.
But in this case of marketing, the forum will act as a package for your content, and if the package isn't appealing, people won't tend to buy (therefore download the client).
It's easy overall to think how the outcome will display.
So if you want an increased community and more players to play on this server, you might have to add Mods (General and Developers) very soon as possible.
Apropos more players on this server.
I once stumbled upon a thread where you mentioned to pay off 100 bucks for an Anti-Hack (itak) which ensures no hackers to ever try to exploit your server.
As I can see, you really are worried about your community and about the player, but isn't it just waste of money to give for... uhm, approx 30-40 players daily?
I know, it's not the mass of player which makes a good server but a strong community will live up your mental strength to keep on going with your server, I'll ensure you that.
Players will try to get on the server how many times it went off, or even how many times it got hacked, it's just because you deliver them something they want, to quote:

Therefore, it'll be your decision to still spend 100 bucks for the anti-hack which doesn't fulfy its whole role now, or keep going with it in hope to get more donations by future comming people.

The last thing I want to add to this is something about the GMs.

I guess if you kept reading my message you could've seen what this server really needs to survive.
Therefore it won't help Rakii to tell that he's in need of Moderators but what might help him, is what he'll benifits from it, and that's what I wrote.
