Attack % on Staff works?

The STR stats says(Strenghtens attack power of weapon[except wand]). It says only wand, so my question is does it work for Staff? Because im planning on putting Attack 400% on elementor. I wonder if it will raise my damage. Oh and 1 more question. Does PVP damage 400% only works when you have Attack 400%? Just like HP 400% needs STA in order to work.

not sure about the str, but the PVP Damage 400% works even without Attack 400%, but your damage be higher if you have Attack 400% and PVP Damage 400%

not sure about the str, but the PVP Damage 400% works even without Attack 400%, but your damage be higher if you have Attack 400% and PVP Damage 400%

I am sure about PVP damage but Attack damage is my problem. Dont you think Attack is for STR even though it has percentage? Sorry im just making sure xD

what class are you? Psy or Elem? int increases the attack of Psy and Elem not STR, STR increases blade,knight,bp,rm and jester attack, Dex increases ranger's bow attack, thats what i know
